Superior Career Specialist provides career consulting and document preparation services. The scope of each service is described on its service page, including what is included, what is delivered and the expected turnaround time.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment has been completed and you have received written confirmation. Prices are shown on each service page and are payable in full before work begins unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Your responsibilities
You agree that the information and documents you supply are accurate and are yours to share. Work cannot begin until the required information has been received, and delays in providing it will extend the delivery date.
Delivery and revisions
Turnaround times are working estimates that begin once all required information has been received. Revision rounds are included as stated on each service page and should be requested within the period noted there.

Career services improve how your experience is presented. No specific interview, job offer, salary or hiring outcome is guaranteed, as hiring decisions rest with employers.
Intellectual property
On full payment, the completed documents prepared for you are yours to use. Templates, frameworks and methods used to produce them remain the property of Superior Career Specialist.
